Our Story

Zest is a New American restaurant offering some gluten-free options, Asian and Mexican fusion dishes, breakfast, lunch, dinner, seafood and chef specials plus more! As you walk through our doors, expect to be welcomed by a warm, friendly atmosphere. We want every customer to feel like they just walked into our home and are about to sit down at our dinner table.


Zest's owner and Executive Chef, Vincent Martinez, has a saying: "How do you cook for hundreds of people everyday?"

Answer: "One dish at a time. You give every dish the same love as you gave the last dish."

Meet Our Chef


When Vincent Martinez retired from the Marriott Corporation where he worked 27 and a half years in the culinary field (the last 10 of which he spent as the Executive Chef at the Denver City Center Marriott Hotel), he decided to follow his dream of opening his own restaurant.


Chef Vincent loves to infuse foods from different cultures, such as his Ahi Tuna Nachos; infusing Asian and Latin techniques.  He also loves recreating old family recipes that he grew up on, like his Mother's green chili made with fresh roasted chilies from Pueblo, Colorado.

Chef Vincent's culinary passion truly shows when he creates every weekly dinner special.
